Richemont Scrum Master

- Facilitate and coach one or multiple Agile teams to deliver high-quality digital products, running ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring time-box discipline.
- Act as servant leader to remove impediments, escalate risks and unblock dependencies across product, engineering and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment between roadmap priorities and sprint outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing Agile best practices, metrics (velocity, cycle time, burn-down/up) and actionable retrospectives.
- Coordinate cross-team planning and release activities, managing dependencies in multi-team or scaled-Agile contexts.
- Support quality practices by encouraging test automation, CI/CD awareness and collaboration with QA and DevOps engineers.
- Provide stakeholder reporting and progress updates to PMO, product leadership and business sponsors.
- Foster a culture of servant leadership, psychological safety and high-performing teamwork within distributed or co-located teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Proven experience coaching Agile teams and working directly with Product Owners and engineering leads.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Experience implementing Agile practices at team and program level; familiarity with scaling frameworks such as SAFe is desirable.
- Fluency in English (business level); additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
- Comfort with metrics-driven improvement, risk management and facilitation of high-impact workshops.

Typically 3+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile coaching role within software, digital product or IT delivery environments; experience in large-scale or multi-team delivery and in the luxury/retail sector is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
