1. Define and execute the overall test strategy for quarterly SAP releases, including UAT and regression testing.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify testing scope and establish entry/exit criteria.
3. Serve as the primary liaison for regional teams during UAT and regression phases, ensuring alignment on test scope and timelines.
4. Oversee test execution, manage defect logging and resolution, and track progress using metrics.
5. Utilize SAP Solution Manager for test management, assisting in the setup of test plans and resolving queries.
6. Identify and mitigate risks related to test readiness and regional dependencies, escalating critical issues as necessary.
7. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and document test sign-offs and approvals.
8. Prepare post-release test reports and conduct lessons learned sessions.

1. 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
2. Experience with SAP systems and related testing processes.
3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1. Strong leadership and planning abilities to manage multiple releases.
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
3. High-level understanding of SAP modules and architecture, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
4. In-depth understanding of the test lifecycle, tools, automation, and methodologies.
5. Analytical skills for defect analysis and test quality improvement.
6. Adaptability to work under pressure and manage multiple regions.
7. Proficiency in test management tools such as SAP Solution Manager and JIRA.
8. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development methodologies.

5+ years in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on SAP systems.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
