1. Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for Salesforce C360 Service Cloud.
2. Manage the C360 Service Cloud testing team in executing test plans and test cases.
3. Write, review, approve, and execute test cases.
4. Collaborate with Business Analysts to write test cases.
5. Plan and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, leading related ceremonies.
6. Manage the non-regression testing strategy.
7. Oversee the monitoring and reporting of testing activities.
8. Utilize test automation tools effectively.
9. Conduct performance testing and optimize system performance.
10. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and enhance system quality.
11. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and evaluate their applicability.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead focusing on Salesforce implementations.
3. Salesforce Administrator certification.
4. Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and data model.
5. Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
8. ISTQB certification is advantageous.

1. Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration.
2. Proficiency in data analysis and test execution.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment.

A minimum of 3 years as a QA Lead with a focus on Salesforce implementations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
