Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst

1. Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements specific to the Maisons.
2. Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
3. Gather and document functional requirements, translating business needs into clear and concise specifications.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to design Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with business requirements.
5. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce.
6. Provide guidance and support to users, addressing questions and issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and processes.
7. Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements and integrations.
8. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionality, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the luxury industry context.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and configurations (5 years experience).
3. Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry, including its business processes, trends, and customer expectations is a plus.
5. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a must.
6. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
7. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a plus.
8. Salesforce Data Cloud Certification is a plus.
9. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization is a plus.

1. Solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform capabilities, specifically in a cross-cloud environment.
2. Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Experienced in Agile delivery.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and configurations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
