- Lead the development team to ensure successful project setup and adherence to best practices.
- Support the development team in resolving impediments and managing escalation processes.
- Anticipate platform dependencies and potential regressions.
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, and stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance for creating custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Participate in the full application lifecycle, from technical design to deployment, ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and provide updates on feature development progress.
- Ensure the functional and technical quality of features through cross-testing and involvement in all test phases.
- Assist the support team in delivering quality solutions for production bugs.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally with exposure to call center solutions.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory), Platform Developer II, and JavaScript Developer certifications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Experience in managing a development team.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Salesforce development, such as Apex and JavaScript.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products, including debugging capabilities.
- Exposure to test automation technologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development with team management experience and exposure to call center solutions.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
