- Develop strong sales turnover in alignment with the Boutique's strategic objectives.
- Meet turnover targets as set by the Boutique Manager and adhere to discount policies.
- Achieve key performance indicators as defined by the Boutique Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, respecting the Maison’s standards across all client interactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring effective client management and follow-up.
- Manage customer service cases in accordance with the Maison’s standards, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with the Boutique Manager.
- Participate in inventory management, ensuring proper handling, pricing, and stock levels of products and accessories.
- Adhere to brand guidelines regarding grooming, CRM, VM, and media.
- Actively participate in Boutique meetings, providing feedback and proposing new ideas.
- Engage in training and stay informed about the brand, products, and industry trends.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Strong passion for luxury products and the Maison.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional local language, such as Mandarin.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Pleasant disposition and strong team player.
At least 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
Base salary of $60,000-70,000, plus superannuation, commission, and bonus.
