Richemont Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets while maximising transaction value and conversion rates.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the maison's category (jewellery, watches, leather goods or accessories) and advise clients on craftsmanship, provenance, and care.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards to reflect the maison's identity.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately, and manage after-sales service including repairs and returns coordination.
- Support stock management activities: receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss prevention procedures.
- Use CRM to log client interactions, preferences and purchases to nurture repeat business and personalise service.
- Collaborate with store leadership on promotional events, private appointments and client events to drive footfall and brand engagement.
- Adhere to company policies on compliance, confidentiality and luxury retail security protocols.
- Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service with a polished, client-focused manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated numerical accuracy and experience handling cash, card transactions and reconciliation.
- Attention to detail and a professional presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; availability for special events and private client appointments.

Typically 1+ years of retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, watches or jewellery boutiques. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering personalised client service is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
