1. Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets, contributing to the boutique's revenue and key performance indicators.
2. Adhere to the sales ceremony and embody the passion and values of the Maison.
3. Engage in clientelling to foster customer loyalty and manage client relationships throughout their Maison experience.
4. Develop personalized action plans for VIP and VVIP clients and recruit new clientele.
5. Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, demonstrating expertise in brand knowledge and creations.
6. Follow Maison guidelines for visual merchandising.
7. Participate in administrative tasks, stock management, and after-sales service, ensuring compliance with Maison procedures and commercial rules.

1. Previous experience in sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance indicators.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
3. Fluency in English.

A minimum of one year of experience in luxury sales, with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.

Compensation includes a fixed salary with performance-based variable components.
