Richemont Sales Associate

- Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets, contributing to the boutique's revenue and key performance indicators.
- Adhere to the sales ceremony and embody the passion and values of the Maison.
- Engage in clientelling to foster customer loyalty and manage client relationships throughout their Maison experience.
- Develop personalized action plans for VIP and VVIP clients and recruit new clientele.
- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, demonstrating expertise in brand knowledge and creations.
- Follow Maison guidelines for visual merchandising.
- Participate in administrative tasks, stock management, and after-sales service, ensuring compliance with Maison procedures and commercial rules.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance indicators.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of one year of experience in luxury sales, with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.
Compensation includes a fixed salary with performance-based variable components.
