1. Ensure an exceptional client experience during each interaction, representing the business impeccably.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or events at the highest level.
2. Confidence, organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
3. Result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremonies, KPIs, and competitors.
6. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
