- Capture and maintain accurate client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
- Meet store and individual sales and KPI targets.
- Participate in training and commercial activities.

- Support after-sales services and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
