2. Provide exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
3. Achieve CRM targets through personalized outreach and clienteling tools.
4. Capture and maintain accurate client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
5. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
6. Meet store and individual sales and KPI targets.
7. Participate in training and commercial activities.
8. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
9. Inform management of necessary store repairs to maintain luxury standards.
10. Support after-sales services and ensure client satisfaction.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling practices.
3. Understanding of omnichannel retail strategies.
