1. Implement and maintain physical security solutions tailored to the needs of the retail network within Switzerland.
2. Ensure compliance with Group directives and local regulations regarding security procedures.
3. Collaborate effectively with security service providers and evaluate service quality through KPIs.
4. Coordinate on-site security interventions with various stakeholders, including Maisons, boutiques, and service providers.
5. Develop and enforce security concepts for events, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies.
6. Manage emergencies and incidents, ensuring adherence to procedures and participating in crisis management as needed.
7. Lead and conduct training sessions on security and safety protocols.
8. Assist in coordinating external security services for events and manage logistics and security for product deliveries and collections.
9. Participate in meetings with architects and project managers during key milestones of boutique renovations.
10. Support the implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety measures in shops and offices.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security-related position.
2. University degree or equivalent experience.

1. Proficiency in security concepts and related technologies.
2. Strong stress and priority management abilities.
3. Project management and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication skills with a sense of initiative and responsibility.
5. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German is an asset.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a security-related position, with a strong understanding of security concepts and technologies.

University degree or equivalent experience.
