1. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Recruitment Managers to understand hiring needs for boutique staff across various maisons.
2. Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interview coordination, applicant tracking, offer presentation, to closing.
3. Collect market trend information and execute recruitment activities through various channels.
4. Start with administrative tasks such as applicant tracking and gradually expand responsibilities to include multiple maisons and open positions.
5. Support the temporary staffing desk with task organization, contract management, data and document management, and project execution.
6. Participate in projects beyond main responsibilities to broaden career scope.

1. Minimum of 2 years of mid-career recruitment experience as an HR professional in a business company, preferably within retail, hospitality, or department store industries.
2. Alternatively, 2 years of project experience in retail store recruitment at an outsourcing company.
3. Native-level proficiency in Japanese.

1. Strong teamwork and communication skills to build trust quickly with diverse individuals.
2. Flexibility and adeptness at multitasking.
3. Ability to prioritize and execute high-volume recruitment tasks swiftly and accurately.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in mid-career recruitment within retail or related industries.

Includes overtime pay based on hours worked, commuting allowance as per company policy, and comprehensive social insurance coverage.
