- Define and establish standards and best practices for device usage across Richemont.
- Collaborate with project and product teams to advise on the use of standard devices and identify new solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation, translating business requirements into enhanced device offerings.
- Participate in the architectural design of infrastructure for provisioning, managing, and securing standard devices.
- Assess risks associated with large-scale technical solution implementations.
- Test and validate new hardware devices and configurations to meet evolving business needs.
- Communicate best practices, standard catalogs, and governance for device provisioning and adoption.
- Continuously enhance workplace technology in boutiques, logistics centers, and manufacturing sites.
- Provide empathetic support for Retail, Logistics, and Manufacturing environments, managing L3 incidents and adhering to SLAs.
- Coordinate design, communication, and implementation of small projects within the Retail ecosystem.
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of Group Policies and MDM (preferably Intune)
- Experience in Windows OS configuration and maintenance
- Proficiency in Powershell or Python scripting
- Foundational knowledge of Identity, Networking, and Security concepts
- Experience with Cloud services, particularly SaaS applications
- Understanding of VDIs provisioning in a Cloud environment
- Basic data analysis skills
- Experience with a variety of computer makes and models
- Knowledge of Retail computing use cases
- Understanding of supply chain operations
- Experience in gathering and documenting technical requirements
- Endpoint and Configuration Management
- Advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Technical communication skills
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- Adaptability to changing priorities
Relevant experience in endpoint and configuration management, Windows OS maintenance, and cloud services is required. Experience with retail computing use cases and supply chain operations is advantageous.
