1. Oversee accurate accounting and billing for retail boutiques.
2. Collaborate in the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB standards.
3. Support and participate in finance-related projects focusing on process efficiency and digitalization.
4. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including boutiques, tax advisors, and auditors.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements concerning audit controls.
6. Conduct detailed account reconciliations and variance analyses within financial systems.
7. Verify the accuracy of balances, figures, calculations, and bookings; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
8. Manage and process tax-related transactions.

1. Completed training as an accountant or a degree in a related field.
2. Relevant professional experience in accounting, preferably within the retail sector.

1. Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with international teams.
2. Affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking.
3. Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
5. Structured work approach and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally within the retail segment.

Completed training as an accountant or a degree in a related field.
