- Define and animate the retail and wholesale network in Japan to achieve sales and qualitative targets.
- Empower boutique members to ensure net margin through budget control and adherence to processes and policies.
- Instill a strong culture of service and productivity across all direct stores.
- Achieve sales targets and manage store P&L and contributions.
- Recruit, develop, and grow store personnel, focusing on Boutique Managers.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in Japan, building relationships with VIC clients, landlords, department stores, and the fashion community.
- Plan and control sales budgets for supervising boutiques to meet targets.
- Manage boutique staff to ensure sales skills and motivation align with sales and service targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with department stores and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sell-in targets and manage the sales team and product allocation.
- Prepare and implement regular sales meetings with dealers to meet targets and maintain strong dealer relationships.
- Implement and maintain model stock and increase visibility in all POS.
- Negotiate trade terms, close accounts with limited potential, and open high potential POS.
- Conduct intelligence gathering on the wholesale environment, including competitors and dealer movements.
- Plan and support fairs to maximize sales-to-cost ratio and propose sales promotion initiatives.
- Conduct dealer training on sell-out training and new products.
- Develop annual action plans by account to maximize potential.
- Manage supply chain and plan monthly/yearly product needs.
- Submit accurate monthly sales forecasts and conduct sell-in, sell-out, and stock analysis.
- 5 years of retail management experience in the import or domestic apparel industry, with luxury brand experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of the retail business and fashion and department store industries.
- Business-level proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong energy and motivation to lead staff.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management within the apparel industry, preferably with a luxury brand.
