1. Oversee accurate accounting and financial reporting for retail boutiques in close collaboration with boutique management.
2. Contribute to the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3. Support and participate in exciting projects related to finance, process efficiency, and digitalization.
4. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including boutiques, tax advisors, and auditors.
5. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements concerning audit controls.
6. Perform detailed account reconciliations and precise entries in financial systems.
7. Verify the accuracy of balances, figures, calculations, and entries; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
8. Record and manage tax-related transactions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification such as a completed apprenticeship as an accountant.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within the retail sector.

1. Affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking.
2. Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with international teams.
3. Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Fluency in German and English, additional languages are advantageous.
5. Structured work approach and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

At least 3 years of experience in accounting, ideally within the retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
