1. Manage customer service files, including telephone reception and email request analysis.
2. Provide personalized advice and propose tailored solutions to clients.
3. Handle potential disputes effectively.
4. Oversee operational follow-up of client files, including personalized portfolio management and collaboration with workshops and logistics.
5. Draft and monitor quotes, ensuring timely client follow-ups.
6. Ensure performance indicators are met, such as lead time and service level.
7. Maintain customer satisfaction by minimizing complaints and optimizing timelines.
8. Control and manage pre-invoicing, ensuring accuracy before dispatch.
9. Facilitate communication with manufacturers and subcontractors, ensuring deadlines and billing are respected.

1. Minimum BAC+2 (Level 5) or BAC (Level 4) with at least 2 years of successful retail experience.

At least 2 years of professional experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector.

Minimum BAC+2 (Level 5) or BAC (Level 4).

Opportunity to join one of Richemont's Maisons for 12 months with a work-study contract, preparing for a state-recognized certification 'Commercial Development Manager in Fashion, Luxury, Beauty' (Level 6, Bac +3).
