- Implement the OECD’s five-step framework for risk-based due diligence in the precious metals supply chain, with a focus on gold.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive supply chain database, encompassing all suppliers and raw materials due diligence information.
- Conduct due diligence and risk analysis for refining partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Environment Responsible Sourcing team to enhance emission factors data.
- Support Varinor in evaluating and selecting new gold sourcing sources.
- Conduct tailored audits at all tier levels within the gold supply chain.
- Monitor stakeholders' performance against ESG metrics and metals KPIs regularly.
- Define and oversee ad hoc due diligence exercises to ensure compliance with Swiss and transnational sustainability regulations.
- Collaborate with the RJC and Training Project Manager to implement RJC certifications and guidelines.
- Conduct internal audits and gap analyses against industry standards as required.
- Support the Head of Precious Materials in preparing for the Gold Committee and escalate issues if necessary.
- Organize periodic meetings with Varinor, Maisons, MCC, and other stakeholders to update strategies and communicate about risk evolution, audit results, and ongoing actions.
- Prepare meeting minutes and support presentations.
- 7-10 years of experience with proven project management and analytical skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Good knowledge of the Group and the Maisons or the gold industry is advantageous.
- Readiness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally internationally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a cross-functional setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Curiosity, rigor, anticipation, and reliability.
7-10 years of experience with proven project management and analytical skills in a relevant field.
