- Facilitate and oversee delivery processes, promoting best practices and standardized Release Management (RM) processes across Client & Market (C&M) teams.
- Communicate key updates on ongoing initiatives and product teams, ensuring alignment and risk awareness.
- Provide deployment support to Maisons, acting as a key contact for problem-solving and participating in Business Relationship Management activities.
- Participate in key initiative milestone ceremonies, sharing critical information on dependencies and environment constraints.
- Support product teams by providing RM-related processes, tools, and delivery support, striving for harmonization.
- Detect and escalate deployment-related issues, proposing mitigation plans where possible.
- Collaborate with the RM Community of Practices, integrating with Business Relationship Managers to share best practices and foster cross-team synergies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience as a Change and Release Manager in an international setting.
- Experience as a Program or Project Manager is advantageous.
- Proven experience in B2C and B2B programs is beneficial.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, code branching, and versioning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in the Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is advantageous, and other languages such as German, Italian, or Chinese are a plus.
Extensive experience in service delivery management, with hands-on experience in technology concepts such as APIs, micro-services, Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), OMS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and ERP (e.g., SAP R/3 and S/4).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
