Regional Logistics Project Manager

1. Lead the development and implementation of logistics projects in the APAC region.
2. Ensure alignment with Richemont's strategic objectives.
3. Facilitate pre-study gap analysis and propose new processes for efficiency and compliance.
4. Report progress, issues, and risks in all project phases regularly.
5. Collaborate with global and local teams to align stakeholders.
6. Manage change management activities in logistics, compliance, and import/export domains.
7. Deliver projects on time while ensuring quality standards.
8. Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
9. Optimize transportation activities and enhance supply chain reactivity.

1. Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

1. Strong background in project management and logistics operations.
2. Experience in process analysis, data gathering, and Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
3. Ability to influence decisions in a matrix environment.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
6. SAP implementation experience with knowledge of GTS, EMW, and MM.
7. Proficiency with MS Office.

Solid experience in project management with a focus on execution and rigorous implementation. Proven track record in managing large-scale end-to-end projects in FMCG/High Tech Ecommerce and Omni-Channel sectors. Experience in logistics operations process design and reengineering.
