1. Lead the development and implementation of logistics projects in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with Richemont's strategic objectives.
2. Manage multiple project initiatives from initiation to deployment, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to quality standards.
3. Conduct pre-study gap analysis, identify gaps versus target solutions, and propose efficient and compliant processes.
4. Report progress, issues, and risks regularly across all project phases.
5. Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and task delegation.
6. Facilitate change management activities in logistics, warehousing, compliance, and import/export domains.
7. Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications, and proactively resolve issues.
8. Ensure proper use and standardization of the logistics operating model within the APAC region.
9. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with other regions to prioritize initiatives.
10. Support regional and cross-functional projects by providing expertise on the operating model.
11. Implement Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Group Logistics team.
12. Optimize transportation activities and enhance supply chain reactivity.

1. Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field preferred.

1. Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and implementation.
2. Experience in logistics operations and operational excellence.
3. Ability to gather and analyze data, with Lean and Six Sigma experience as a plus.
4. Proven track record in managing large-scale FMCG/High Tech Ecommerce and Omni-Channel projects.
5. Ability to influence decisions in a matrix environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into KPIs.
7. Proficiency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin as a plus.
8. Experience with SAP implementation and knowledge of GTS, EMW, MM.
9. Proficiency with MS Office.

Solid experience in project management, logistics operations, and operational excellence, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.

Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
