1. Implement various HRIS solutions across the APAC region, based in Hong Kong, to support multiple countries.
2. Assist in the rollout of the Group's Workday solution, ensuring adaptation to local practices and requirements.
3. Facilitate the deployment of commission tools such as Varicent and Xactly for automated commission calculations.
4. Deliver training to key users and prepare comprehensive user guides for different HRIS solutions.
5. Provide daily support to users, both remotely and onsite, for HRIS solutions including Workday, Commission Calculation Tool, and Kronos Time Attendance System.
6. Maintain and manage local solutions that interact with the HRIS landscape.
7. Serve as the primary contact for HR key-users and local management concerning HR solutions.
8. Identify user requests, issues, risks, and constraints, and develop potential enhancements.

1. Degree or diploma in Information Systems, HR, or Finance.

1. Proficiency in HRIS solutions, preferably Workday.
2. Knowledge of time attendance software such as Kronos.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
5. Ability to relate well with people at all levels and work cross-culturally.

2-5 years of experience in a related field.

Degree or diploma in Information Systems, HR, or Finance.
