1. Roll out various HRIS solutions in the APAC region, based in Hong Kong.
2. Assist in the rollout of the Group’s Workday solution and guide countries in adapting to it while accommodating local practices.
3. Assist in the rollout of commission tools such as Varicent and Xactly for automating commission calculations.
4. Deliver training to key users and prepare user guides on different HRIS solutions.
5. Provide daily support to users from remote locations or onsite for HRIS solutions like Workday, Commission Calculation Tool, and Kronos Time Attendance System.
6. Maintain and manage local solutions that interact with the HRIS solution landscape.
7. Act as the key contact for HR key-users and local management in HR solutions.
8. Identify user requests, issues, risks, and constraints, and work on possible evolutions and enhancements.

1. Degree or diploma in Information System, HR, or Finance discipline.

1. Profound interest in HR business practices and their translation into HRIS solutions.
2. Good knowledge of time attendance software such as Kronos.
3. Knowledge of various modules of Workday is a plus.
4. Patience and attention to detail in commission calculation requirements.
5. Ability to relate well with people at all levels and work cross-culturally.
6. Excellent communication and organization skills with a high level of commercial understanding.
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Experience or good understanding of HRIS solutions, preferably Workday.

Degree or diploma holder in Information System, HR, or Finance discipline.
