1. Manage financial reporting, planning, and analysis for Richemont Regional Functions across Europe.
2. Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and forecasts.
3. Serve as the primary contact for local markets regarding cost and capital expenditure management.
4. Support regional function directors in financial follow-up and initiatives.
5. Lead the FP&A process and consolidation for European markets' regional functions.
6. Participate in regional and RLGE Swiss Branch entity projects, including integration of new Maisons.
7. Drive the development and automation of financial reports and dashboards.
8. Support the review and validation of Capital Approval Requests (CAR).

1. Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Confirmed experience in finance, controlling, or audit.
3. Experience in the luxury industry is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English; French is a plus.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a complex environment.

Confirmed experience in finance, controlling, or audit, preferably within the luxury industry.
