- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies and define interview processes.
- Interview candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors.
- Provide hiring managers with a diverse shortlist of candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS, social media, and job boards.
- Communicate labor market trends and regional compensation benchmarks.
- Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with Talent Directors and HR Business Partners.
- Participate in staffing committees and talent sharing meetings.
- Coordinate and attend local job fairs and networking events.
- Ensure candidates are properly onboarded in partnership with HR generalists and hiring managers.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and present findings to senior leadership.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at boutique and corporate levels.
- Experience managing a high requisition count, preferably in high-volume recruitment of sales associates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and maintain flexibility.
- Proficiency in ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong presentation skills.
3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at both boutique and corporate levels, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
$45-$55 per hour.
