1. Maintain and update a comprehensive lease database, project tracker, and information library for all existing locations.
2. Build market knowledge of comparable transactions and pipeline developments.
3. Track lease activities and ensure proper follow-up on related agreements.
4. Perform data analysis and market research to optimize leasing strategy.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and maisons to support real estate activities.
6. Assist in the preparation and organization of real estate meetings, including planning and deck preparation.
7. Support Real Estate HQ in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

No prior experience required, though familiarity with real estate or luxury retail is advantageous.
