1. Conduct pressure testing on various watch models to ensure compliance with brand specifications for pressure resistance.
2. Perform esthetical and functional checks on watches, including cases, pushers, dials, hands, and crystals, to meet company standards.
3. Verify the accuracy of watch functions, such as timekeeping, hand alignment, chrono-function, and strap handling.
4. Execute 0h-24h tests and assess power reserve to ensure alignment with brand expectations.
5. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Technical experience in the watch industry preferred.
3. Experience with luxury brands is advantageous.

1. High level of dexterity and focus for handling small parts.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Understanding of mechanical applications is beneficial.
4. Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good communication and listening skills.
7. Basic computer skills are a plus.

Technical experience in the watch industry is preferred, with a background in luxury brands considered a plus.

High School Diploma or GED

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
