Richemont Quality Control Technician

- Conduct pressure testing on various watch models to ensure compliance with brand specifications for pressure resistance.
- Perform esthetical and functional checks on watches, including cases, pushers, dials, hands, and crystals, to meet company standards.
- Verify the accuracy of watch functions, such as timekeeping, hand alignment, chrono-function, and strap handling.
- Execute 0h-24h tests and assess power reserve to ensure alignment with brand expectations.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical experience in the watch industry preferred.
- Experience with luxury brands is advantageous.
- High level of dexterity and focus for handling small parts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of mechanical applications is beneficial.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
Technical experience in the watch industry is preferred, with a background in luxury brands considered a plus.
High School Diploma or GED
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
