Richemont Quality Control Specialist

- Conduct technical quality control of repaired products, ensuring functionality and aesthetic standards are met according to Richemont's 'Technical QC' procedures.
- Prioritize workflow in collaboration with the Workshop Manager to ensure timely performance.
- Identify and report critical issues that may impact lead time performance.
- Verify movement tolerances using Witschi testing equipment.
- Install bracelets on products as needed.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of work performed, addressing any issues that may affect quality performance.
- Facilitate constructive communication with other departments to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to daily 5S practices.
- Uphold company rules and safety regulations, actively contributing to a safe workplace.
- Embody Richemont's values of integrity, trust, passion, customer orientation, excellence, and entrepreneurship.
- Promote and integrate these values into daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members to share technical solutions and suggest improvements aligned with Richemont's policies.
- Provide necessary information to supervisors prior to taking leave.
- Experience in quality control within the watchmaking industry or a similar field.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
Proven experience in quality control, preferably within the watchmaking or a related industry.
