1. Conduct technical quality control of repaired products, ensuring functionality and aesthetic standards are met according to Richemont's 'Technical QC' procedures.
2. Prioritize workflow in collaboration with the Workshop Manager to ensure timely performance.
3. Identify and report critical issues that may impact lead time performance.
4. Verify movement tolerances using Witschi testing equipment.
5. Install bracelets on products as needed.
6. Ensure the quality and timeliness of work performed, addressing any issues that may affect quality performance.
7. Facilitate constructive communication with other departments to support continuous improvement.
8. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to daily 5S practices.
9. Uphold company rules and safety regulations, actively contributing to a safe workplace.
10. Embody Richemont's values of integrity, trust, passion, customer orientation, excellence, and entrepreneurship.
11. Promote and integrate these values into daily activities.
12. Communicate effectively with team members to share technical solutions and suggest improvements aligned with Richemont's policies.
13. Provide necessary information to supervisors prior to taking leave.

1. Experience in quality control within the watchmaking industry or a similar field.

1. Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
2. Team player with excellent communication skills.
3. Fluency in French is mandatory.

Proven experience in quality control, preferably within the watchmaking or a related industry.
