Richemont PTP Accounting Assistant Manager

- Lead and manage T&E Concur operations, including ongoing automation AI projects with external vendors.
- Oversee ETS staff and manage overall Concur processes.
- Collaborate with internal control teams to improve T&E processes, compliance, and documentation quality.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on expense reporting.
- Resolve issues and provide guidance on Concur expense processing.
- Manage employee master data in SAP Concur.
- Maintain and update manuals and procedures.
- Implement system and regulatory updates for T&E processes.
- Ensure accurate entry and support of vendor invoice information in the accounting system (SAP).
- Lead system modifications and process improvements for accurate invoice recording.
- Monitor and manage balance sheet account balances.
- Ensure compliance with group accounting (IFRS) and corporate accounting principles.
- Facilitate accurate and timely payment processes in collaboration with the treasury team.
- Conduct regular reviews and analyses of balance sheets.
- Support team member development and training.
- Communicate with the group accounting team.
- Reconcile and file consumption tax returns.
- Participate in Concur automation AI projects and payment process automation projects.
- Engage in various digital and automation-related projects.
- 5 to 7 years or more of accounting experience.
- Meticulous, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Timely and accurate execution.
- Team player.
- Accounting and tax skills and knowledge.
- Flexible Excel and financial systems skills adaptable to new environments.
- Proficient in both English and Japanese, oral and written communication.
- Adaptability to new technologies with quick learning ability.
- Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher is a plus.
- Experience with SAP and Concur is preferred.
5 to 7 years or more of accounting experience.
