Project Management Intern

1. Initiate and maintain project documentation including scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
2. Provide recordings and minutes of meetings.
3. Create dashboards and project reporting.
4. Track activities, issues, risks, decisions, or work packages, and identify blockers.
5. Gather, collect, and consolidate large sets of information from stakeholders.
6. Coordinate the execution of processes or work packages.
7. Facilitate collaboration and discussions between subject matter experts.

1. Master's degree in progress (Business or Engineering School).
2. Internship agreement with school/university mandatory.
3. Ability to commit to a 6-month internship starting 15.02.2025.

1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Curious, rigorous, and able to anticipate needs.
3. Good team spirit and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and technical skills.
5. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
6. High level of personal interest in digitalization and technology.
7. Knowledge in IT infrastructure and operations.

No specific experience required, but a strong willingness to become a Project Manager is essential.
