Richemont Project Management Intern

- Support the logistics team in all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with engineers on re-engineering and continuous improvement projects.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to technical problem-solving and decision-making.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors, engineering, design, manufacturing, and procurement.
- Participate in design reviews and other project meetings.
- Pursuing a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of work experience in a logistics or manufacturing operation.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a propensity for learning and finding innovative solutions to complex issues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
