1. Support the logistics team in all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
2. Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Collaborate with engineers on re-engineering and continuous improvement projects.
4. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
5. Contribute to technical problem-solving and decision-making.
6. Prepare and present project updates and reports.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors, engineering, design, manufacturing, and procurement.
8. Participate in design reviews and other project meetings.

1. Pursuing a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of work experience in a logistics or manufacturing operation.
3. GPA of 3.0 or higher.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
5. Continuous improvement mindset with a propensity for learning and finding innovative solutions to complex issues.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
7. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts and applications.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
9. Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Strong time management and organizational skills.
12. Team player attitude with the ability to influence.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
