Richemont Production Assistant

- Manage data flow and correspondence between Peter Millar, GFORE, vendors, and interdepartmental teams.
- Enter and manage bulk purchase orders in Blue Cherry, ensuring alignment with vendor responses.
- Split purchase order quantities between shipping modes as required.
- Update and review vendor delivery dates and shipment statuses in Blue Cherry.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies with the Production Manager and distributors.
- Assist the Production Manager with order inquiries and purchase order entry.
- Follow up with vendors on purchase order tracking, identifying potential delivery risks.
- Work with distributors to confirm shipping modes and create necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update new product and style information in Blue Cherry.
- Continuously improve and communicate the Production Calendar for assigned categories.
- Assist with special projects and custom style developments for UK and international markets.
- Serve as the point of contact for factory queries related to UK/EU or distributor purchase orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams in the UK and EU regarding incoming shipments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of building effective cross-functional relationships.
