1. Provide consulting expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) areas, recommending and implementing best practice solutions while maintaining SAP standard functionality.
2. Design and implement new template functionalities, improve existing ones, and ensure comprehensive documentation and handover to support teams.
3. Support the global rollout of the Gemini project by deploying existing functions and processes, preparing and executing assessment workshops, and facilitating change management processes.
4. Identify and address gaps in templates, propose solutions to meet business needs, and ensure a consistent, performing template solution.
5. Prepare and execute key user training documentation, define and complete test scripts, and assist business during cutover and post go-live periods.
6. Address and resolve incidents in the Gemini solution, improve application stability, and communicate solution deadlines using Richemont's support infrastructure.
7. Contribute to the Richemont Template by proposing and implementing solutions that satisfy business requirements while maximizing solution stability.
8. Support internal processes and methodology, promoting reusability and adhering to internal change and environment management guidelines.

1. University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in master data management in SAP.
3. Working knowledge of integration points and solid integration knowledge with R/3 / ECC modules.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good communication and presentation skills.
6. Experience in managing teams within projects or IT organizations.
7. Credibility as a central contact for business stakeholders.
8. Solid knowledge of SAP Retail Article Master Data.

5. Proficiency in English; French is advantageous.

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in delivering SAP solutions, with at least 2 years focused on material master data management. International experience is preferred.
