1. Enforce best practices for managing engineering materials.
2. Define solution roadmap with the Product Owner.
3. Ensure solution integration within Richemont IT landscape, including Ansys Granta, PLM, and ERP systems.
4. Set up and maintain the Richemont Material Digital chain.
5. Supervise and translate business needs for system maintenance and evolution.
6. Write specifications for change requests to develop expected functionalities.
7. Secure gathering and usage of material data produced in Ansys Granta system.
8. Document and ensure functional consistency of inter-application interfaces.
9. Provide daily support for product development teams.
10. Coordinate update actions and version upgrades.
11. Provide training to business Key Users.
12. Manage and monitor the backlog of incidents.
13. Challenge material enhancement requests.
14. Oversee release management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software or Computer Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in product development within the luxury sector.
3. Understanding of software development life-cycles, including Agile and Scrum models.
4. Experience in materials science and/or materials engineering.
5. Familiarity with CAD, PLM, and ERP ecosystems such as Creo, Windchill, and SAP.

1. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud storage services.
2. Experience with REST APIs, Queue Messaging, and Event Driven architecture.
3. Programming skills in Python, C, and C++ are highly desirable.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
5. Project Management skills (Agile, PMI, Waterfall).
6. Knowledge of Ansys Granta Solution software is a strong plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the luxury sector, with dual IT and business skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software or Computer Engineering.
