- Enforce best practices for managing engineering materials.
- Define solution roadmap with the Product Owner.
- Ensure solution integration within Richemont IT landscape, including Ansys Granta, PLM, and ERP systems.
- Set up and maintain the Richemont Material Digital chain.
- Supervise and translate business needs for system maintenance and evolution.
- Write specifications for change requests to develop expected functionalities.
- Secure gathering and usage of material data produced in Ansys Granta system.
- Document and ensure functional consistency of inter-application interfaces.
- Provide daily support for product development teams.
- Coordinate update actions and version upgrades.
- Provide training to business Key Users.
- Manage and monitor the backlog of incidents.
- Challenge material enhancement requests.
- Oversee release management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in product development within the luxury sector.
- Understanding of software development life-cycles, including Agile and Scrum models.
- Experience in materials science and/or materials engineering.
- Familiarity with CAD, PLM, and ERP ecosystems such as Creo, Windchill, and SAP.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud storage services.
- Experience with REST APIs, Queue Messaging, and Event Driven architecture.
- Programming skills in Python, C, and C++ are highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Project Management skills (Agile, PMI, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of Ansys Granta Solution software is a strong plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the luxury sector, with dual IT and business skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software or Computer Engineering.
