Richemont Product Specialist

Richemont is a leading luxury goods company known for its prestigious brands and commitment to excellence. The company operates globally, offering a wide range of luxury products and services.

1. Supervise and translate business needs with product stakeholders for system maintenance and evolution
2. Write specifications for change requests to develop expected functionalities with the product owner
3. Secure gathering and usage of material data produced in Ansys Granta system with business, compliance, and IT stakeholders
4. Document and ensure functional consistency of inter-application interfaces with business processes and technologies used
5. Provide daily support for the product development teams
6. Coordinate update actions and version upgrades
7. Provide training to business key users
8. Manage and monitor the backlog of incidents
9. Challenge material enhancement requests
10. Release management

1. Bachelor’s Degree related to Computer Software or Computer Engineering
2. Dual IT and business skills in product development
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the luxury sector

1. Understanding of software development life-cycles, including object-oriented environments, Agile and Scrum models
2. Experience with materials science and/or materials engineering
3. Good understanding of the engineering design process using CAD, PLM, and ERP ecosystems such as Creo, Windchill, and SAP
4. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud storage services
5. Experience with REST APIs, Queue Messaging, Event Driven architecture
6. Programming skills in Python, C, and C++
7. Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
8. Project Management (Agile, PMI, Waterfall)
9. Ansys Granta Solution software knowledge

Minimum of 5 years' experience in product development within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s Degree related to Computer Software or Computer Engineering.
