Richemont Product Manager

- Serve as the interface between the Business and Product Teams.
- Promote the Product vision and manage the product roadmap and budget.
- Oversee the implementation of a new platform for ESG reporting.
- Supervise the project team to ensure timely validation and approval of milestones and deliverables.
- Provide ongoing product support and manage enhancements for FY26 reporting.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to define a testing strategy and timeframe.
- Develop a migration plan for the user community to the new platform.
- Translate business stakeholder needs into product requirements.
- Prioritize demands in collaboration with Group Sustainability.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog based on business value or ROI.
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies.
- Assess IT tools to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Create and share product training support, tools, and documents.
- Support business in change management and share best practices.
- Conduct regular updates on product evolution and contribution to business vision.
- Continuously improve products based on user feedback and key metrics.
- 10 years of experience in project/product management in multinational environments.
- Functional experience in financial or non-financial reporting.
- Expertise in data management and process mapping or re-engineering.
- Knowledge of collaborative solutions for product management and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent business acumen and customer orientation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in facilitation, change management, and cross-business problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas at different management levels.
- Experience in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
A minimum of 10 years in project/product management, with a focus on multinational and innovative environments.
B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
