1. Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65, and Leather Working Group standards.
2. Monitor and manage chemical compliance related to tanning, dyes, and finishes, such as chromium VI, azo dyes, and phthalates.
3. Collaborate with sourcing and manufacturing teams to integrate compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
4. Ensure accurate product labeling and materials traceability in accordance with regional requirements.
5. Stay informed on evolving regulations, sustainability standards, and industry best practices.
6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure upstream compliance and ethical sourcing, including animal welfare and restricted substances.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Leather Technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in product compliance or quality management, preferably in fashion goods.
3. In-depth knowledge of relevant product safety and chemical regulations.
4. Experience with third-party testing, certification processes, and compliance platforms.

A minimum of 5 years in product compliance or quality management, with a preference for experience in fashion goods.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Leather Technology, or related field.
