Richemont Procurement Operations and Sourcing Specialist

- Ensure efficient procurement operations, acting as a backup for team members in tasks such as purchase order creation and vendor management within SAP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve procurement-related issues while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, enabling data-driven decision-making through analysis of procurement metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and support the development of sourcing strategies.
- Drive cost savings through competitive bidding and cost/contract negotiations.
- Lead RFQs and RFPs from inception to completion, including stakeholder briefing, supplier communication, and vendor selection.
- Negotiate basic commercial terms and support Maisons with sourcing questions and vendor communications.
- Track market trends and supplier performance to enhance sourcing strategy and partnerships.
- Support the implementation of sustainability objectives in collaboration with the sourcing team.
- Assist the Sr. Manager, Sourcing in procurement and sourcing initiatives and support Group/HQ requests as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
- Basic understanding of sourcing principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with procurement software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing landscapes and requests.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing and procurement is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Expected salary range: $90,000 – $100,000. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
