- Collaborate within a versatile team in a polishing and degreasing workshop at Richemont's repair platform.
- Utilize polishing stations, sandblasters, degreasing baths, and rhodium plating stations.
- Adapt to new technologies, including upcoming laser retouching equipment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all tasks.
- Specialized training in CAP or professional baccalaureate.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational abilities and reliability.
- Advanced service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new techniques.
- Knowledge of rhodium plating and laser technology is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in polishing and degreasing within the luxury goods sector is required.
