1. Coordinate and maintain security management systems in alignment with the Group Security framework.
2. Manage and organize security operations across two sites, ensuring high standards of service.
3. Lead third-party security providers to deliver exceptional security services.
4. Develop and implement consistent security and risk assessment strategies for site operations.
5. Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation controls.
6. Ensure compliance with Richemont's Physical Security directives and standards.
7. Provide timely feedback on security incidents and develop incident response plans.
8. Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
9. Coordinate security training to enhance awareness and compliance.
10. Manage contracts with third-party security providers and evaluate their performance.
11. Maintain contact with local law enforcement to manage the security environment.
12. Oversee security-related projects, budgets, and performance monitoring.
13. Collaborate with other campus security managers to align security practices.
14. Lead security efforts for events, including risk analysis and operational management.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in physical security management.
2. University degree in a relevant field.
3. Fluent in French; proficiency in English is advantageous.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills.
5. Effective team player with leadership capabilities.
6. Diplomatic and precise in execution.

A minimum of 5 years in physical security, with experience in large, multi-dimensional environments.

University degree in a relevant field.
