- Coordinate and maintain security management systems in alignment with the Group Security framework.
- Manage and organize security operations across two sites, ensuring high standards of service.
- Lead third-party security providers to deliver exceptional security services.
- Develop and implement consistent security and risk assessment strategies for site operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation controls.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont's Physical Security directives and standards.
- Provide timely feedback on security incidents and develop incident response plans.
- Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate security training to enhance awareness and compliance.
- Manage contracts with third-party security providers and evaluate their performance.
- Maintain contact with local law enforcement to manage the security environment.
- Oversee security-related projects, budgets, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with other campus security managers to align security practices.
- Lead security efforts for events, including risk analysis and operational management.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in physical security management.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in French; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills.
- Effective team player with leadership capabilities.
- Diplomatic and precise in execution.
A minimum of 5 years in physical security, with experience in large, multi-dimensional environments.
University degree in a relevant field.
