Richemont Physical Security and HSE Manager

- Develop and implement local HSE and Physical Security strategies in alignment with Group directives and management.
- Lead and manage the PSHSE department.
- Deploy and adapt internal Group directives.
- Conduct internal and external HSE and Physical Security audits at RID.
- Implement and monitor the Swiss MSST directive.
- Oversee and validate risk analyses, action plans, concepts, and audits.
- Monitor performance indicators and report regularly to management and the Group.
- Actively participate in logistics and PS/HSE management committees.
- Serve as a representative and primary contact for authorities and external partners.
- Support and substitute the security expert as needed.
- Manage one team member.
- Engineering degree or equivalent in HSE, occupational safety, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management with proven security expertise, ideally in a complex logistics or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss legal framework, including MSST.
- Recognized leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to unite and lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Managerial and project management experience.
- Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
- Willingness to travel locally on a monthly basis.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management with proven security expertise, ideally acquired in a complex logistics or industrial environment.
Engineering degree or equivalent in HSE, occupational safety, or related field.
