Richemont Personal Stylist

1. Deliver personalised styling and private-shopping experiences for high-net-worth and retail clients, curating complete looks across categories.
2. Manage client appointments, maintain detailed client profiles and follow up to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
3. Provide expert product advice, including fit, materials and provenance, and coordinate fittings or bespoke requests with ateliers and tailoring teams.
4. Collaborate closely with store management, sales advisors and visual merchandising to ensure looks are merchandised and presented to brand standards.
5. Prepare and execute trunk shows, client events and editorial shoots as required; represent the brand at external appointments and off-site consultations.
6. Drive conversion and sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and personalised recommendations while tracking KPIs and appointment metrics.

1. Proven experience in luxury styling, personal shopping or high-end retail advisory (see experience).
2. Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional presentation.
3. Strong knowledge of contemporary fashion, fit and styling principles across ready-to-wear, accessories and jewellery/watches.
4. Ability to manage confidential client information and deliver discrete, high-touch service.
5. Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends and to attend off-site client appointments.

Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail, personal shopping or professional styling within a high-end brand or boutique environment; demonstrable track record of advising VIP clients and achieving sales targets.

Diploma or degree in fashion, styling, merchandising or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be accepted.
