1. Manage and optimize the Visier platform to meet the analytical needs of the HR organization.
2. Develop and maintain Visier data models and calculations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Analyze Visier releases and drive the adoption of new features within the People Analytics community.
4. Collaborate with HR Executives to translate data needs into actionable analytics requirements.
5. Ensure seamless data integration between source systems and Visier, troubleshooting issues as needed.
6. Develop and deliver training programs to upskill HR staff on People Analytics methodologies and Visier platform usage.
7. Foster engagement and knowledge sharing within the People Analytics community.

1. Master's degree in mathematics, computer science, or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally focused on HR data and People Analytics.
3. Extensive experience with Visier or a strong ambition to quickly master the platform.
4. Knowledge of HR data and processes, including experience with Workday HCM.
5. Experience in a global, multinational organization with a complex matrix structure.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a focus on HR data and People Analytics, preferably within a global, multinational organization.

Master's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
