Richemont Pension Fund Specialist

- Manage administrative records of assigned insured entities within the pension fund.
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for topics such as home ownership encouragement, affiliations, and free passage contributions.
- Handle exits, exit benefits, and payments, as well as active insured member changes.
- Process buybacks, divorces, and retirements.
- Address technical inquiries received via email or phone.
- Oversee pensioner follow-ups for assigned entities, including opening rights to benefits and managing pension payments.
- Coordinate and track requests for documentation, such as training and life certificates.
- Manage changes due to death and provide guidance to beneficiaries.
- Ensure accurate data entry in technical management systems.
- CFC in commercial employee with professional maturity (MPC) or equivalent.
- Additional specific training in occupational pension or social insurance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational pension or social insurance.
- Experience in advisory roles is advantageous.
- Fluency in French, with knowledge of German, English, and/or Italian preferred.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and precision.

- Proactivity, excellent organizational skills, and priority management.

- Clear and concise communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational pension or social insurance is required, with advisory experience considered an asset.
