1. Design and implement robust security measures to protect the PEGA platform and its data.
2. Ensure platform reliability and availability through rigorous testing and monitoring.
3. Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
4. Lead and manage a team of PEGA developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
5. Manage the flow of development requests and prioritize tasks based on business needs and technical feasibility.
6. Provide technical support for PEGA applications, resolving issues and addressing user inquiries.
7. Manage the process of upgrading PEGA applications to new versions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in PEGA development, with a strong understanding of the PEGA platform and its capabilities.
3. Proven track record managing complex Pega application landscapes.
4. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred.

1. Strong technical skills in Java, SQL, and other related technologies.
2. Familiarity with security practices, performance tuning, and monitoring.
3. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

5+ years of experience in PEGA development, with a strong understanding of the PEGA platform and its capabilities. Experience leading and mentoring development teams is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
