7. Manage the process of upgrading PEGA applications.
8. Lead a team of support engineers and establish escalation procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in PEGA development.
3. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred.

1. Strong technical skills in Java, SQL, and related technologies.
2. Familiarity with security practices, performance tuning, and monitoring.
3. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

5+ years of experience in PEGA development with a strong understanding of the PEGA platform and its capabilities. Proven track record managing complex Pega application landscapes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
