1. Maintain the Human Resources Information System (SAP) with timely updates of personnel records.
2. Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing with outsourced vendor.
3. Oversee compensation and benefits data flow through HRIS to payroll vendor.
4. Compile data for salary surveys, annual salary reviews, and performance appraisals.
5. Complete monthly payroll tax calculations and payments.
6. Ensure accurate processing of expatriate benefits and payments.
7. Generate monthly and quarterly reports for Human Resources Managers and brands.
8. Perform payroll journaling and reconciliations.
9. Manage Australian and company financial year-end tasks.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
2. At least 5 years of HR and payroll experience in Australia with multinational companies.

1. Proficiency in SAP and ADP.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong computer literacy and understanding of labor regulations.
4. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

A minimum of 5 years in HR and payroll roles within multinational companies in Australia.

Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
