Richemont Operations Supervisor

- Organize and assign daily tasks to meet operational targets.
- Analyze data from reporting tools to enhance productivity and quality.
- Implement and supervise process quality control actions.
- Execute company initiatives to maintain warehouse and delivery standards.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with safety incident reporting.
- Provide training and guidance to develop team members.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause analysis within operational responsibilities.
- Conduct annual associate performance evaluations.
- Coach and train staff to adhere to company policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in SAP Extended Warehouse Management tools.
- Fluent in professional English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
- Proficiency in SAP and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Ability to facilitate daily shift meetings.
Previous leadership experience in a similar operational role is required.
High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
