1. Organize and assign daily tasks to meet operational targets.
2. Analyze data from reporting tools to enhance productivity and quality.
3. Implement and supervise process quality control actions.
4. Execute company initiatives to maintain warehouse and delivery standards.
5. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with safety incident reporting.
6. Provide training and guidance to develop team members.
7. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
8. Lead root cause analysis within operational responsibilities.
9. Conduct annual associate performance evaluations.
10. Coach and train staff to adhere to company policies.

1. High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
2. Previous leadership experience.
3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
4. Proficient in SAP Extended Warehouse Management tools.
5. Fluent in professional English communication.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
3. Proficiency in SAP and reporting tools.
4. Knowledge of Lean concepts, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
5. Ability to facilitate daily shift meetings.

Previous leadership experience in a similar operational role is required.

High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
