- Oversee a diverse range of distribution center activities, including Inbound, Outbound, Returns, E-commerce, and Spare Parts.
- Effectively allocate labor resources to meet established operational metrics.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and development to direct reports.
- Organize and assign daily tasks to meet operational demands and target objectives.
- Analyze data from reporting tools to drive productivity and quality improvements.
- Implement and supervise process quality control actions, ensuring consistent execution of procedures.
- Enforce workplace safety by ensuring compliance with safety-related rules and policies.
- Provide training and guidance to encourage team member development and engagement.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for optimizing facility operations.
- Lead Root Cause analysis within assigned operational areas.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and coach staff to adhere to company policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
- Proficient in SAP Extended Warehouse Management tools.
- Fluent in professional English communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and a respectful workplace.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule as business needs change.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
