Richemont Operations Specialist

1. Manage employee purchase requests and staff sales
2. Oversee cash fund management
3. Print and update price tags on SAP
4. Provide retail cash system support
5. Coordinate with internal Retail Finance Back Office team
6. Manage repairs and spare parts requests for products sold through staff sales
7. Handle luggage card management
8. Create, extend, and edit vendors and purchase orders on SAP
9. Manage free gifts, including transfers and invoice entry
10. Coordinate with group IT and security functions
11. Maintain databases and handle sales supports
12. Monitor stock and purchase office supplies
13. Act as a point of reference for office cleaning requests
14. Supervise the shared calendar of activities in the office

1. Previous experience in a similar role

4. High attention to detail
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Fluent in Italian and English
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Previous experience in a similar role is required.
