Richemont Operations Specialist

- Manage employee purchase requests and staff sales operations.
- Oversee cash fund management and retail cash system support.
- Coordinate with the internal Retail Finance Back Office team.
- Handle management of repairs and spare parts requests for products sold through staff sales.
- Manage vendor creation, extension, and editing, as well as purchase order creation on SAP.
- Coordinate management of free gifts, including transfers, files, and alignment with the Finance team.
- Enter invoices for free gifts and coordinate with group IT and security functions.
- Maintain databases and handle sales supports such as props and decorative elements.
- Monitor stock and purchase office supplies, including cafeteria and stationery items.
- Serve as a point of reference for office cleaning requests.
- Supervise the shared calendar of activities at the office location.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Mother tongue or equivalent proficiency in Italian, with fluent English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to different interlocutors.
- High attention to detail with the ability to plan and monitor deadlines autonomously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in SAP.
Candidates must have previous experience in a similar operations role within a luxury or retail environment.
