1. Manage people and processes within assigned operational areas to achieve performance reliability, speed, and quality targets.
2. Coordinate and support distribution center priorities linked to strategic initiatives.
3. Lead implementation of Logistics Operating Model changes and initiatives.
4. Oversee facility health elements to support safe and efficient operations.
5. Participate in SAP and EWM system health checks and testing.
6. Partner with Training Ambassadors to identify operational needs and establish cross-training initiatives.
7. Support the associate development program to enhance operational flexibility and career growth.
8. Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training checklists aligned with the Quality Management System.
9. Lead change management efforts through proper communication and training.
10. Review and analyze audit program results and apply corrective actions.
11. Partner with Inventory Control to identify trends and determine root causes on inventory variance.
12. Establish individual and team objectives aligned with functional objectives.
13. Drive team building initiatives to promote solidarity and high-performing teams.
14. Lead actions from employee engagement feedback to improve work environment and culture.

1. High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
2. Significant work experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
3. Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience a strong plus.
4. Experience in leading change management associated with continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Proficient user of Warehouse Management Systems; experience using SAP Extended Warehouse Management a strong plus.
3. Continuous improvement mindset with a thirst for learning and finding new solutions.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex issues and communicate solutions.
5. Knowledge of Lean concepts, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
7. Adaptive leadership qualities aligned with company values.
8. Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Autonomous, organized, and rigorous in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.

High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
