- Manage people and processes within assigned operational areas to achieve performance reliability, speed, and quality targets.
- Coordinate and support distribution center priorities linked to strategic initiatives.
- Lead implementation of Logistics Operating Model changes and initiatives.
- Oversee facility health elements to support safe and efficient operations.
- Participate in SAP and EWM system health checks and testing.
- Partner with Training Ambassadors to identify operational needs and establish cross-training initiatives.
- Support the associate development program to enhance operational flexibility and career growth.
- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training checklists aligned with the Quality Management System.
- Lead change management efforts through proper communication and training.
- Review and analyze audit program results and apply corrective actions.
- Partner with Inventory Control to identify trends and determine root causes on inventory variance.
- Establish individual and team objectives aligned with functional objectives.
- Drive team building initiatives to promote solidarity and high-performing teams.
- Lead actions from employee engagement feedback to improve work environment and culture.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Significant work experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience a strong plus.
- Experience in leading change management associated with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficient user of Warehouse Management Systems; experience using SAP Extended Warehouse Management a strong plus.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a thirst for learning and finding new solutions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex issues and communicate solutions.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- Adaptive leadership qualities aligned with company values.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Autonomous, organized, and rigorous in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
