1. Prepare, process, and move merchandise accurately and efficiently according to established guidelines.
2. Practice safety awareness and adhere to company policies and procedures.
3. Work independently and collaboratively, transitioning between job functions as needed.
4. Perform tasks such as picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and inventorying.
5. Ensure timely processing to meet departmental and location standards and goals.
6. Verify accuracy of production or location and assign product locations as necessary.
7. Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
8. Follow all RNA Safety Guidelines and ensure equipment is maintained safely.
9. Perform standing or walking tasks throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
10. Climb stairs, bend, twist, step, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push as required.
11. Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing
3. Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
4. Basic proficiency in using desktop computers and Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
5. Ability to perform basic math computations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
6. Capability to operate equipment safely and avoid safety infractions
7. Attention to detail
8. Flexibility in work schedule and attendance for scheduled shifts
9. Eagerness to learn
10. Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
11. Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks consistently and accurately
