- Prepare, process, and move merchandise accurately and efficiently according to established guidelines.
- Practice safety awareness and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Work independently and collaboratively, transitioning between job functions as needed.
- Perform tasks such as picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and inventorying.
- Ensure timely processing to meet departmental and location standards and goals.
- Verify accuracy of production or location and assign product locations as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
- Follow all RNA Safety Guidelines and ensure equipment is maintained safely.
- Perform standing or walking tasks throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
- Climb stairs, bend, twist, step, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push as required.
- Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing
- Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Basic proficiency in using desktop computers and Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Ability to perform basic math computations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
- Capability to operate equipment safely and avoid safety infractions
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility in work schedule and attendance for scheduled shifts
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
- Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks consistently and accurately
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with RF devices
