1. Collaborate with Maisons, Group Functions, and Regions to develop and implement engaging onboarding workflows.
2. Serve as the central point of contact between various entities and the HRIS team to customize onboarding journeys.
3. Support entities in reviewing and enhancing existing workflows through technical improvements and efficiency assessments.
4. Facilitate the sharing of best practices within the onboarding community and provide regular updates on platform evolution.
5. Contribute to change management and seamless migration as the Group solution integrates with the new HR platform.
6. Craft a new internal mobility journey leveraging the integrated group platform.

1. Extensive project management experience with a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
2. Adaptable and people-centric approach with a focus on evolving environments.
3. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
4. Highly organized and autonomous with effective time management skills.
5. Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
