1. Contribute to defining standards and best practices for device usage within Richemont.
2. Collaborate with project and product teams to advise on the use of standard devices and identify new ones.
3. Engage with stakeholders to discover opportunities for improvement and innovation, enhancing the device offering.
4. Participate in the architectural design of infrastructure for provisioning, managing, and securing standard devices.
5. Test and validate new hardware devices or configurations to meet business needs and ensure continuity of standards.
6. Communicate best practices, technical documentation, and governance for device provisioning and adoption.
7. Define and maintain technical requirements for all device types within Workplace Systems.
8. Ensure device catalogs are up-to-date and well-communicated to stakeholders.
9. Facilitate communities of internal standards consumers.
10. Collect feedback and guide the validation and adoption process for standard models.
11. Maintain synchronization between vendor catalogs and asset management systems.
12. Manage vendor escalation issues with catalogs.
13. Define personas and map models to roles in collaboration with stakeholders.
14. Administer portals for hardware catalog and procurement.
15. Provide Level 3 support on hardware catalogs, portals, and asset management systems.
16. Structure data collection and generate reports for expenditure and device adoption analysis.
17. Facilitate B2B integration of vendor portals with internal asset management systems.

1. Experience with management consoles for various device types and understanding of Endpoint and Configuration Management.
2. General knowledge of networking and cybersecurity concepts.
3. Experience in hardware asset and model management, including device lifecycle.
4. Familiarity with the end-user computing market, including brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple.
5. Ability to collect requirements and feedback from stakeholders and translate them into actionable improvements.
6. Fluency in English.
7. Strong communication skills for technical topics, adaptable to different audiences.
8. Ability to write concise and precise documentation for technical communities and end users.
9. Curiosity and interest in new technology, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Service Now ITAM knowledge.
2. Familiarity with SLA, OLA, and general service management; ITIL certification is a plus.
3. Data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
4. Scripting or coding skills, including low-code solutions.
5. Working knowledge of French.

Experience in managing a variety of device types and understanding of Endpoint and Configuration Management is required.
